|Bulletin Information

We will gladly take bulletin submissions for ministries.

Bulletin submissions are needed 2 weeks in advance and this information must be submitted to the office manager by emailing here: Email with Bulletin Info


|Finance Committee

This commitee is a consultative body which advises the pastor on all matters concerning the financial health and planning for the parish. They perform the following tasks:

  • Make recommendations on matters of parish finance
  • Assist with the creation and monitoring of the parish budget
  • Communicates to the parish pastoral council and parish-at-large the parish's financial status
  • Contact Charles Mccue about the Finnace Commitee


|Grounds and Maintenance Commitee

The mission of the Grounds and Maintenance Commitee is to provide long-range planning and goal setting for St. Margaret Mary Properties. Lastly, the are responsibile for overseeing the maintenance of the buildings and grounds.


|Parish Pastoral Council

The Parish Pastoral Council is made up of eight members elected by the parish. Their duties include overseeing strategic planning and goal setting, evaluating needs of the parish, and approving the annual budget submitted by the Finance Committee. The council works closely with the Pastor and the Parish Staff to consider matters of pastoral need.


|Reverse Raffle and Silent Auction

This group of parishioners organizes the parish's annual April fundraiser held at the Country Club of Terre Haute. This is the largest parish fundraiser, a commmunity wide event, and a vital piece to our overall operating budget. In conjuction with the annual raffle, there is also a silent auction of donated items from the community.

The following are the additional ministries that are affliated but not solely operated through us.



|Catholic Charities

Catholic Charities provides a variety of assistance and programs to those in need in the Terre Haute area. This organization is a member agency of the United Way of the Wabash Valley.

|Catholic Radio Station WHOJ-FM 91.9

This ministry broadcasts Catholic Evangelisitc programs, including four daily call-in shows so listeners can ask questions and get straight answers about the faith. This effort helps spread the faith, explain Catholic doctrine, helps converts on their way to becoming Catholics and attracts possible converts. The station by Covenant Networks in St. Lousis and broadcasts wihtin a 15 mile radius of Terre Haute.

|Knights of Columbus

Knights of Columbus are a Catholic, family, fraternal, service organization. Our ministry conducts activities that support family, commmunity, the pro-life effort, youth, church, and the council of Knights. Local actities include fish fries, Youth free throw contests at Ryves Youth Center and Gibault, Special Olympics, Thanksgiving good basket collectioin, St. Patricks Day parade, Christmas party, fundraising for local Catholi Churches, and many more. Membership is open to Catholic Men aged 18 or older in good standing with the church. Meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Mondays at 730PM and anual dues are $40.00.

|THREDD, Terre Haute Reglious Education for the Developmentally Disabled

This ministry provides religious education for the developmentally disabled. There are currently seven individuals who volunteer two hours per month as teachers, and work closely with the DRE of each parish. The 13 parishes in the deanery provide financial support. This year the ministry has the goal of improving publicity so those in need will benefit.
